The space

In a beautiful designer block of apartments, with a compact master bedroom (with King sized bed and super comfy mattress). This stunning apartment is the perfect home to call your own during your stay in St Kilda.
With open plan living and dining area and an east facing balcony that catches the morning sun, you'll wake up to views across the east St Kilda and down Acland St.

You could not be in a better location with the heart of St Kilda right at your door step. The apartment however is away from the hustle and bustle, just north of where the life begins on Acland St .

Luna Park is only a minutes walk, Albert Park Lake is also a short stroll and the infamous Acland St shopping and cafe district is just down the road.

Oh and did I mention the beach! 5 mins tops and you're there, St Kilda Pier and the markets on weekends are not to be missed. If you're lucky you will even catch the penguins! Jump on the 96 Tram and you'll be in the city in 15 minutes and for airport transfers, the Skybus now goes to the Novatel Hotel on the Esplanade which is only 5 mins around the corner from the apartment.

- Keep noise down between 10pm and 8am (Council rule) and be respectful of our neighbours and shared amenities

- If there is a medical emergency, fire or matters requiring police assistance, please contact 000. For other matters, phone me.

- It is your responsibility to lock up when you are not home and to turn off the fans, lights, heaters and TV. Plus, saving the environment makes you cool.

- I do not accept responsibility for loss of property. However, if you realise you have left something in the apartment after check-out please phone and I will do my best to have it returned to you.

Location was great . Didnt like having to drive into the middle of the city to pick up the key to the apartment. Apartment was as it is shown and is very comfortable. Bedroom door doesnt work but thats the only thing i didnt like about this apartment

Great location. Close to great restaurants and beach. Good sized car park. Best lounge of any airbnb I have stayed at. Can also watch RV from the bedroom - bonus. Well equipped and easy to access. Highly recommended

Good location close to lots of public transport, shops, cafes and the beach. There is a lot of noise at the weekend from local bars, not excessive though. Great place to stay for a short break or if you will spend time out and about.
