This property is brand new, so we are in the very early stages of outdoor projects that include adding top soil/grass, making gardens, walking paths, and shoreline access.

*Current beach access is via a semi-steep bank, so may not be suitable for those with mobility issues. The beach is a mix of rock (covered with seaweed), clam flats and at low tide a small sandy area.

This home is located in the rural community of Port Wade an 18-20 minute drive from the town of Annapolis Royal. Groceries and any necessities should be purchased on your way to the property.

During wildfire risk season (15 March to 15 October), campfires are not allowed in Nova Scotia between 8:00 am and 2:00 pm. Check Government burn restrictions (updated daily at 2:00 pm). Government website: novascotia (dot) ca/burnsafe
