This spacious holiday apartment on the second floor of our detached house, with southwest- and north-facing balconies, offers you a stunning view of the mountain panorama. Enjoy the rural idyll in the village and the proximity to Innsbruck, 15 minutes by car/bus. The bus stop is 3 minutes away; buses run every 15 minutes. Right from our front door, you can head out into the Tyrolean mountains for hiking, skiing, walking, or cycling on the Vitalradweg cycle path. Within walking distance of the apartment, there is a mini supermarket, a butcher’s shop, and a bank.

The house is located in a quiet farming village on the sunny terraces above Innsbruck (a 15-minute drive), with excellent bus connections (every 15 minutes) to Innsbruck and the surrounding villages. The bus stop is a 3-minute walk from the building. Upon your arrival, we will give you the “welcome card,” which allows you to use all public transportation in and around Innsbruck free of charge and provides you with many other discounts.
Right from your front door, you can set off on wonderful walks, hikes, or bike rides (Vitalradweg cycle path) in the Tyrolean mountains. Cross-country skiing, skiing, tobogganing, ice skating in winter, swimming in Lake Lans in summer. Or you can discover the beautiful Alpine city of Innsbruck, with all its cultural offerings.
The apartment is located on the first floor of the detached house and has 2 balconies. These invite you to relax and sunbathe with views of the northern chain to the north or the Patscher Kofel to the south.
Hosts Erika and Karl live on the ground floor. Next door in the historic farmhouse lives their daughter with family who farm the organic farm with chickens, organic vegetables, potatoes and grain. The parking spot is located directly in front of the building entrance.
The apartment consists of a large living room facing south, with a sofa corner and a dining area. Also available are a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, coffee machine, etc., a bathroom with a bathtub and shower enclosure, a sink, and a washing machine, and a separate toilet—both rooms have windows.
The apartment has two bedrooms that face north. One bedroom is equipped with a queen-size double bed, and the second bedroom has two single beds. In the living room, the couch can be pulled out to form a double bed.
Living room and bedroom are equipped with parquet flooring. The apartment is very spacious,well maintained and clean.
In the immediate vicinity, there is a mini-supermarket, a bank branch with an ATM, a butcher shop that serves lunch, and several farm shops where local farmers offer their products (milk, vegetables, eggs, potatoes, etc.).
In the village, there is a village café, and in the neighbouring town of Lans, there are several inns serving good, upscale Tyrolean cuisine (see Renate’s travel guide).
