In regards to the noise, I'm very sorry that you weren't aware of that prior to booking and coming. You know, originally we didn't have instant book activated for this place just to make sure that we could alert all our potential guests on that fact. However, when Airbnb added the welcome message for instant bookings -which, as said by Airbnb, is for our guests to see the message before they book our space-, then we relaxed and trusted on the fact that anyone who'd use that feature would be aware of the noise issue since we included an alert on the welcome message... But the truth is that it didn't work (maybe also since you can't write it in multiple languages, so it's only in Spanish).
Well, anyway, the apt's owner is also aware of the issue and committed to find a solution at the earliest possible.
Thank you again for the honest review, our apologies for the poor experience, and I'll let you know when the problem is solved so that maybe you can have the chance to come back and enjoy of a good discount as compensation. :-)
