The BEACH HOUSE is right on a white sandy beach & close to dining, a grocery store, great scuba diving & the Morritt's & Reef Resorts. You’ll love the cathedral ceilings & and the AWESOME views of the ocean !!! Beach House is good for couples & families. 4th & 5th bdr (extra charges) NOT BOOKABLE thru AirBnb, & based on availability. 13% Cayman tax is included in rate. 5 NIGHT MINIMUM.

The space
The house itself is 3 bedrooms, PLUS a loft, which has a daybed, so within the house itself, you can sleep up to 7 guests. If the 7th guest did not want to sleep in the 3rd floor open-concept loft, but instead wanted their own bedroom (which comes with a 3 piece bathroom) then on the reservation form, you need to contact me so I can tell you how to book through AirBnb. The reason for this is that with our pricing (which is not customizable on AirBnb) it's a bigger price jump to add the extra bedroom and bathroom, than just the Air Bnb "per person" rate. If you are adding the ENTIRE 2 bedroom maid's quarters, we do have to price that out separately for you and charge you an additional charge, as you are not only getting yet another bedroom and bathroom with a king-sized bed, but you are getting a full kitchen & living room, so it is more than the "per person" rate on Air Bnb when you add another 1,000 square foot apartment. Nevertheless, still cheaper than if you were to rent each separately. Email me for pricing if this is what you would like to do. We can then send you a "Special Quote" which will reflect the accurate price for either adding more bedrooms & bathrooms, or an entire apartment.

NOTE: Christmas bookings will only be accepted with arrival dates on a Friday / Saturday or Sunday. We do not take mid-week bookings over Christmas. You may check in on: Dec 20, 21 & 22, or Dec. 27, 28 or 29th.

When you rent "Cayman Beach House" you get the 3 bedroom house and the loft.

There is a 2 Bedroom apartment on the main floor, a completely separate unit called "Cayman Snuggle Beach Apt.", that you have the option of renting -- either one bedroom & bathroom, or the entire 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment, IF AVAILABLE (won't show on the Beach House calendar so you have to ask). Guests renting Snuggle Beach apartment have the option of taking it as a 1 bedroom unit or a 2 bedroom unit. In other words, that 2nd bedroom can go with either the apartment OR the house, depending on which door we lock or unlock.

So if you want a 4th or 5th bedroom, please ask about availability before you book. There is, of course, an extra charge for this.

Other things to note
IMPORTANT: You will also be required to fill out our own reservation form, even if you are booking through AirBnB. We are on various websites, many offer online booking, but to ensure consistency, our property manager requires the forms be in the same format, regardless of whether you are booking through our own website, or a 3rd party website. Keep in mind, our property manager manages several properties, so the information has to be easy for her to access so she knows which property to get ready for your arrival, and when to arrange the maids when you leave. This form also goes to the Cayman Islands Department of Tourism with the accommodation tax. You are not required to submit credit card info, just the details on who is coming, when you arrive, your departure, # of people, if you require a crib, etc etc. This form also generates our confirmation for your reservation and gives you several pages to print including driving directions, map, house rules, places to eat, things to do, etc. OUR RESERVATION FORM IS A MANDATORY REQUIREMENT AND NOT OPTIONAL.

As mentioned above, the maid's quarter's on the main level, completely separate from the house, and/or the Gardener's Cottage, a completely separate dwelling, may be rented by other guests during the time of your stay, unless you are renting the house with the apartment, or the house with the gardener's cottage, or all 3 (if you have a large group coming).
Air Bnb is not able to do the price calculations for additional properties on their website, you will have to write me to ask.

East End, Cayman Islands

People come to the East End to get away from the crowds and madness of 7 mile beach. It's very similar to Miami Beach in some ways, whereas here, you will have the beach to yourself. And no-one collecting money for sitting on the lounge chairs, or shooing you away because you're not a guest at their hotel. Peace and tranquility. An authentic island experience.

Please communicate via email, I am extremely difficult to reach by phone. I try to answer all email within 3 hours of receiving it. We have a wonderful property manager who is 10 minutes away, and who will be there to assist you in any way or to make recommendations if you are seeking places to eat or things to do. Of course, I also mail you detailed information on my personal recommendations.

During your stay
Our property manager is very close by and visits the property daily. If you have any questions or concerns please contact her directly, you will be given her cell phone number. You can call her between 6:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. She's up before sunrise. You will also be given the phone number of our back up property manager, in case you cannot get hold of Lorraine. He is also very close by and they both help our guests when needed.
