⛵️Come and experience a night on a sailboat!

Our sailboat Mélaudine is located at the Pointe-au-Pic jetty in La Malbaie.

Enjoy an unparalleled location and vantage point, very close to the attractions of Charlevoix.

The space
Melaudine has 2 double cabins that can accommodate up to 4 guests for the night.

You will find on our boat all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay on board but remember that you are staying on a boat. It's an experience that's more like camping and vanlife than a night in a hotel.

The sailboat has a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom. However, it is not possible to use the shower.

You can also enjoy the cockpit for an outdoor meal. In case of rain, you can still use this area with a canvas that totally covers it and will protect you from bad weather.

Guest access
The sailboat is at the Pointe-au-Pic dock. During your stay, the boat will remain docked for the night.

Other things to note
Swell: Remember that you are staying on a boat in the water. There will inevitably be swell. If you get seasick easily, this place may not be for you. We can't provide a refund if guests experience seasickness.

Departure and arrival times: The sailboat is used for excursions during the day, which is why our times are fixed. It is possible to move the departure time if you wish, for an additional fee since we will have to block the time slot of the excursions.

If no excursion is planned in the morning, you can stay until 10 a.m. We can confirm this on the evening of your arrival at 9 p.m.

Multi-night stay: It is possible to stay on the sailboat for more than one night, depending on our availability calendar and planned excursions. Write to us for rates and possibilities.

Weather conditions: If the temperature is bad and the river is too stormy (mainly when the winds come from the Northeast), the boat could be relocated. If this is the case, we will inform you as soon as possible.
