💡 Optional Add-Ons
After booking, guests have the opportunity to enhance their stay with optional add-ons such as firewood, in-home massage, and others. These extras are completely optional and not required. A full list of available amenities will be shared shortly after booking is confirmed. All payments will be processed through the Airbnb Resolution Center.
Guest access
You will receive a door code by 1 pm the day before your scheduled check-in day. Parking on-site for up to 4 vehicles.
Other things to note
▸ Maximum occupancy is 6 people
▸ Person booking the property will be prompted to upload a photo of driver’s license and sign a rental agreement within 48 hrs to secure the booking
▸ A $250 credit card off-platform security hold will be placed 2 days prior to arrival and released/refunded 7 days after departure if no damages are reported.
▸ Code to access the property will be provided the day before check-in at 1pm
▸ No animals allowed. Bringing animals to the home will result in forfeiting the full deposit, additional clean-up fees, and eviction with no refunds.
▸ Smoking inside the house is strictly prohibited (including cigarettes, cigars, vaping, etc.)
▸ Guest acknowledges security cameras located on the exterior of the property facing the driveway are on and recording outside only audio/video when motion detected, cease when motion ends; recordings reviewed solely for emergencies, damage assessment, or enforcing house rules. There are NO cameras inside the cottage
▸ Our landscaping team may stop by to maintain the property grounds during your stay. They'll aim to be in and out quickly to minimize any disturbance.
▸ Wood for fire-pit not provided. Guest can purchase bundles at nearby stores
▸ No inside furniture is to be taken outside or re-arranged
▸ No parking on grass. No campers, or tents are permitted on property
▸ Towels from the house are NOT to be use by lake swimming etc. Pool towels are provided for the lake. Please return them to the house after using them to avoid any additional charges
▸ Please return all water equipment and bikes to its place to avoid it getting lost
▸ Accidents happen, if you break anything, let us know :)
▸ Guest(s) acknowledges that there is no lifeguard on duty at the lake (swim at your own risk). Guest(s agrees to hold harmless and indemnify the Property Owner, their agents, heirs, successors, and assigns from and against any and all liabilities, claims, damages, expenses (including, but not limited to, legal fees and charges), and harms arising from or related to the use of the lake and water equipment (kayaks, paddle boards) duration of their stay.
