This home offers a blend of comfort, privacy and convenience! The new quiet suburban neighborhood is a mix of SFHs and luxury Townhomes, low traffic being tucked away. No through traffic. Sidewalks and pretty style streetlights. Walk and jog, or bring your bikes and store in shared garage. Room for kayaks, golfing, scuba equipment, exercise equipment, toys, kids electric cars, skateboards, etc.

Also use the 1st floor Host’s main big kitchen quartz counters to prep foods to cook, & sink with garbage disposal, and dishwasher, and choose any extra small appliances to take upstairs. In your kitchenette upstairs there’s an empty minifridge w freezer too. Use in garage private stainless steel empty big freezer, and the shared w host large white side by side refrigerator in garage. Garage has an indoor outdoor rug and 3 chairs to enjoy, and some house supplies and extra storage space. No smoking in garage either. Your whole 2nd floor is totally private for you and all upstairs doors have knob locks for extra privacy. Host only lives downstairs. Dix Park/Gipson Park, Pullen Park near each other. Gipson Park has a splash pad too, and Pullen Park has a big Carosel!
