The spacious kitchen offers generous cupboard space and a range of essentials for preparing family meals or entertaining with ease. Whether you’re cooking dinner or enjoying a relaxed breakfast before heading out on the lake, the open-concept layout keeps everyone connected.
Bar seating and adjacent dining space make it ideal for gathering.

Bright and welcoming, the main living space is designed for comfort and connection. Enjoy cozy corner seating, a large sectional sofa, and a TV for relaxed evenings indoors. The wood stove adds warmth and ambiance during cooler months, creating the perfect lakeside retreat feel.
Large windows allow natural light to pour in while framing beautiful water views.

This lakefront home comfortably accommodates families and small groups:
• A spacious primary bedroom with a king-size bed
• A comfortable queen bedroom
• A twin bunk room perfect for children
The bedrooms are compact, cozy, and thoughtfully appointed with quality linens for a restful stay. Please note that the king and queen bedrooms do not have dressers, so clothing storage is limited.

The generously sized bathroom features a tiled walk-in shower and a luxurious soaker tub - ideal for unwinding after a day of swimming, fishing, or exploring the South Shore.
☆☆ OUTDOOR SPACE ☆☆
Step onto the expansive 8’ x 16’ deck overlooking the lake, offering spectacular southwest-facing sunsets glistening over the water.

• BBQ for grilling
• Firepit for evening gatherings

You can enjoy the home, the backyard with the patio area and firepit, and walk down to the lake to enjoy the water. The area by the lake is not yet landscaped, so please tread carefully if you wish to venture to the water!
