One bedroom APT with a garden + barbecue shared with 3 neighbors. The kitchen is opened onto the living room. Confortable Queen bed and bath available. You can cook and use all the essential products, listen to vinyles, water the plants or browse the books.
It is located in the heart of the Mile-X area, also called Little Italy. Near the bustling Marché Jean-Talon (every-day farmer's market). In front of the 55 bus stop. Just across the tracks from Montreal's famous Mile-End arts neighborhood.
The garden has a barbecue and several aromatic herbs.
