The guest bedroom has a full sized bed and large closet for your use. Neither bedroom has a television, but you can find a large tv complete with Netflix, Hulu and AppleTV in the sunken living room.
The third "bed" is a full sized self-inflating air mattress with linens, or there is also extra room on the couch for smaller individuals. Please keep in mind that there is only one bathroom when reserving for groups larger than 3.
The kitchen is stocked with items in the pantry and fridge for guest use. If you choose to stay in and cook, you will have access to a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, and dishwasher. The laundry room is just off the kitchen and has a full-sized washer and dryer for guests to use while visiting.
A dining area and two inviting living spaces will give everyone the right amount of space to unwind after a long day of hiking or exploring the city.
You will have access to the entire 1,080 square foot house except for the master closet. The laundry room is located just off the attached garage.
Interaction with guests
My interaction is fairly minimal, as I do want to respect your privacy and understand that after traveling all day sometimes making small talk is the last thing you want to do. That being said, I'm always game for a beer if "local" interaction is appealing. I'm just a few blocks away and can be available immediately if anything comes up or if you have questions.
I'll be happy to answer any questions you might have about visiting Denver, the neighborhood, my home, etc. You can also refer to my guidebook with many recommendations for restaurants, bars, and entertainment in the area.

Hi! Glad you stumbled on my page. :) I'd love to tell you a little more about me.
Who I think I am: A runner, traveler and dog-mom to an extremely talkative, lavender labradoodle named Ardito. I ran 2 marathons, 5 half-marathons and a handful of other distance races last year. In 2017 I have the awesome opportunity to run in the Chicago marathon, though it will be tough to top running in the NYC marathon. Wow... just wow! Ardito is a rescue and his age is a mystery to me. I was told he was 9 when I adopted him three years ago, but there's no way. He seems much younger.
My life motto: I try to live my life by keeping the saying, "Life is short & the world is big" in mind each and every day. Whether I'm exploring the next town over or a new continent, I can't seem to escape the curiosity of wanting to know what's around the next corner. In 2016 I visited Anguilla, Argentina, Canada (Alberta & British Columbia), St. Bart's and St. Maarten. I finally made it to Montana (Glacier National Park...wow!) and toured a small part of Idaho. I wandered through familiar states like FL, KS, NM, NY, OH, OK, and WY (I'm surely forgetting a few) and discovered new pieces and places to love in each.
Why I love Airbnb: In just 6 short months I had the good fortune to host 45 different groups in my home. My guests traveled from small towns in Japan, to the greatest city in the world, from the "Stampede City" in Canada and all throughout the US. I've had interactions with people who love to travel as well and are excited to "live like a local" rather than sleep in another boring hotel room. I set a goal to become a Superhost and it was earned in about a month. I want my guests to leave Denver--and my home--remembering a pleasant and memorable experience. If they're leaving with anything else to say, then I'm not doing my job. Hosting friends and family in my home is something I get a lot of joy from doing and I strive to do it well.
Please reach out if I can answer any questions about Denver, Colorado, the neighborhood, etc. Looking forward to (hopefully) hosting you in the future!
