Built in 2025 (named after my wife Tanja) one bedroom apartment 40m2 is located in quiet residential area of Kotor (Dobrota), just 3 km away from the Old town Kotor. The apartment consists of open plan living room, full kitchen and dining area, attached to the terrace offering unforgettable view over the Bay of Kotor. Mountain and see view. AC in every room, Wi-Fi, free private parking. Baby cot and high chair is available upon request. Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space.

There is a bright bedroom with a king size bed and double sofa in living room area as additional bed. The bedroom has wardrobe and French windows offering unforgettable bay view. From the terrace you have a unique view on the Bay of Kotor and on the wonderful Adriatic nature. On the terrace you find garden furniture, including a coffee table for a memorable morning coffee with a view or a glass of local Vranac red wine in the evening!

One fully fitted bathroom including shower, toilet, and washing machine. Each room is fitted with an air-conditioning unit.

The apartment has good Wi-Fi and satellite TV. Baby cot and high chair is available upon request.
The owners house is next door and owns magnificent barbeque area which can be used upon request.
The apartment is located on the gound floor accessible by stairs. A private free parking space is situated at the front of the building. The apartment is located in quiet residential area of Kotor (Dobrota) offers gorgeous views of the Bay of Kotor and mountains.

Other things to note
The apartmentt is located in the street that is uphill, providing an unforgettable view. Haveing the car is recommended.

Foreign citizens are required to register with local police and pay local tourist tax of 1 euro pp per day and 0.5 euros p child 12-18 yo per day + 1 euro within 24 hours of arriving in Montenegro and whenever they change address. Local office is in the old town and apartment owner Slobodan Nikolic
