If you booked your stay after 5 PM on a weekday, after 12 PM on a Saturday, or anytime on a Sunday (as our office is closed), please be aware that you won't be issued an access card upon arrival.
To help you get settled, our security guards will provide one complimentary tap assistance to your unit. This is a one-time courtesy. If you require another tap before midnight, charges of PHP500 per tap will apply. After 12 AM, you'll receive another free tap.
We highly recommend purchasing any necessities beforehand. For deliveries, our concierge team can bring them directly to your unit.

Staying two nights or more? We'll process your access card for the duration of your stay.
‣ Unauthorized Use: Any unauthorized use of the access card will incur a fine Php5,000. We will request a violation fee cash or via Airbnb Resolution.

‣ Please note that our property is located in a tropical environment where pests, like cockroaches, can occasionally appear despite our monthly professional pest control services. We take cleanliness seriously and have regular treatments to ensure a comfortable stay.

Important Information for Guests
Before booking our property, please take note of the following details:
1. Check-in/out Process: Our staff will assist you and if you check in late then will send you a self-check-in process. Follow the instructions provided before check-in and checkout. Please wait for the cleaner to ensure no violations or assist you if there are any.
2. Early Check-in: Requests for early check-in are subject to availability and incur a fee. To ensure availability, consider booking the day before your preferred date.
3. Late Checkout: Requests for late checkout are subject to availability and incur a fee. If you stay until 1 PM, it will be considered an additional night.
4. Condo Amenities: The pool and gym are open daily from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Please note that studio and 1bedroom only 2 persons at a time while 2 bedroom only 4 persons at a time can access the pool. The primary booker, who holds the access card, must be present in the pool area while the others swim.
5. Visitors: Visitors are allowed just make sure they bring their own valid id. You have to pick them up to the lobby as tap assistance have a charge for visitors.
6. Children: Children under 3 feet tall stay free of charge.
7. Clean As You Go: Please make sure the unit is in proper before checking out. Failure to do so may result a charge for additional cleaning time.
8. Number of Guests: Always declare the number of people staying. MAX OF 4 PERSONS ONLY
9. Toiletries: We provide two of each item: bath towels, face towels, tissues, shampoo & conditioner, and soap. Please note that these items are not replenished during your stay. Additional fees apply for requests such as extra towels, linen changes, or additional cleaning. Our rates are based on providing quality essentials while keeping our pricing fair. We aim to give you a comfortable stay without compromising the experience or incurring extra costs for non-standard requests. Thank you for understanding!
10. Smoking Policy: No Smoking Allowed Only at the Balcony
11. Valid ID: A photo of your valid ID for all guests staying is required. Only the main booker will receive the access card.
13. Access Card: Only the main booker will be given the primary card for elevator, pool, playground, gym, and roof deck access. Losing this card will incur a violation fee of Php3,000. This must also returned to us upon checkout. You can request also additional access card Php3,350 for weekdays and P3,500 for weekends. The Php3,000 is refundable upon check out once card surrendered.
14. Parking: We do have parking available at the property. First come, first serve. However, if there is no available you may also park at Century City Mall and Alveo, just beside the condominium.
15. Same-Day Booking: For same-day bookings, please allow 1-2 hours for processing and to check if the unit is ready for check-in.
16. Location & Accessibility: Located in the heart of Makati, close to coffee shops, malls, nightclubs, and restaurants. Also, walking distance to Burgos Street.
17. Security Deposit: We do collect a security deposit for Php3,000. If you have pets with you, we are required to collect security deposit and Php500 for fee which will be collected cash, gcash/bank transfer or via Airbnb and will be refunded on the same. We take a video of the unit before check-in as proof of its condition. Any damages or complaints will be reported to Airbnb, with additional charges collected accordingly.
18. Pet Policy: We are happy to welcome your furry companions during your stay! To ensure a harmonious and comfortable experience for all guests, please carefully review our pet policy:
▻Pet Fee & Limit:
Kindly make sure that your pet is included in the reservation as the pet fee will be added there.
Maximum of 1 pet per booking. No unauthorized pet allowed. We also require security deposit if you are bringing your pet with you amounting to 3000 pesos. This will be refunded if no issue is found in our unit by your pet.
▻Vaccination Records:
Guests are required to provide valid pet vaccination records before check-in.
▻Pet Behavior & Supervision:
Pets must not be left unattended in the unit at all times.
▻Pet Containment:
Pets must remain in their cage/crate when unsupervised to prevent damages. Alternatively, pets should wear a diaper at all times inside unit.
▻Damage Liability:
As a pet owner, you are fully responsible for any damage your pet causes to the property. This includes, but isn't limited to, urine stains on upholstery or bedding, scratches, chewing, or any other harm to furniture or the premises. Should any pet-related damage occur, the cost of repair or replacement will be deducted from your pet security deposit.
▻Noise Considerations:
Please ensure your pet does not disturb other residents with excessive noise.
▻Clean-Up Responsibilities:
We kindly ask that guests clean up after their pets immediately, including the proper disposal of all pet waste. Failure to do so will result in a deduction from your pet security deposit.
