The property is in the middle of everything and on the beach side. Walking distance or short Golf cart drive to the beach. Ocean view & Galveston lights can be seen from the upper deck. Amazing views. Full access to a fully equipped apartment, RV spots, huge upper deck, large fully fenced yard for your pets. Privacy and you do not have to share with strangers. Only want the apt. or only the RV spots: Airbnb listings are available to book them. Ok

This property has a fully equipped apartment style area, approx. 300 Sq Ft space, queen size bed with a full-size futon, stove top, full size refrigerator, full size washer and dryer and shower. WiFi available. RV spots covered and uncovered. Outside shower. plenty of parking. Huge upper deck with amazing views. Fully fenced in large yard. Walking distance to the beach or a quick golf cart drive. Close to everything.

Other things to note
if any damages are caused by the guest the cost for repairs is charged to the Guest. We do not rent to anyone under 21. There is a 50 amp only. If u have a 30 amp please bring a 50 to a 30 amp adaptor
