Beautiful four season cottage located in Douglas Harbour on Grand Lake, NB. The cottage has two bedrooms and bathrooms with a large wraparound deck that leads you to a 200 ft private sand beach with dock. The cottage is fully equipped with Wi-fi, TV with Amazon fire Stick, BBQ as well as a washer and dryer.

Come relax on the beach, or in the hammock. Cool off with a swim or fish off the dock. End the day with a bonfire on the beach.

The space
The cottage is a beautifully appointed two bedroom, two bathroom with a fully equipped open concept kitchen and living room. The second bedroom and bathroom is accessed through the main bedroom or by the deck. The cottage has a large wrap around deck that leads to the stairs that takes you directly to the beautiful sand beach. There is a fire pit as well as a large dock and swim platform for guests use.

Harbourview cottage is located on Harbourview Lane off of the Scotctown Rd., drive straight down the lane. Harbourview cottage is on of three cottages that are accessible from the lane. Our cottage is the cedar cottage on the right sat up on a small knoll.
The Douglas Harbour fire station and community hall are located about a two minute drive, pancake breakfasts are served every other Saturday during the summer months and yoga lessons are available during the week. Hunters General Store is about a two minute drive the opposite way, there is a liquor store, ice cream and groceries available as well as a canteen during summer months. The wharf in Douglas Harbour is operated by the Fredericton Yacht Club and is a good place to launch your boat.
A new cafe has opened in Douglas Harbour across from the big red barn on the Scotchtown Road called Bertie’s Cafe, they are open daily during the summer months and open Thursday through Sunday during the winter months, serving breakfast sandwiches, lunch, assortment of sweets, coffee, tea and drinks, as well as wood fired pizza’s from 3 pm till closing.
Lastly, we operate a Farmers Market and greenhouses about 2 km from the cottage on the Scotchtown road. Turn left at the end of Harbourview Lane, continue on the Scotchtown road, the market is open Thursday to Sunday . Stop in, we have home baking, fresh local vegetables when in season, bedding plants,( vegetable and flower plants, annuals and perennials)
