It is located in Fort Morgan, in the beautiful “Dunes” gated community with access to 2 swimming pools, workout room. The warm waters of the Gulf of Mexico are only 45 yards away. This peaceful community borders a nature reserve.
I have owned and rented this property for more than 10 years.
