The exposed beams and furnishing details create a warm and familiar atmosphere, ideal for feeling immediately at home. The living room also leads to a small balcony perfect for a coffee with a view of a typical and characteristic square of Riva Trigoso.
The double bedroom is a little gem, with a wrought iron bed, chest of drawers and large wardrobe. Just outside the room, a study corner with a desk also allows you to work or write in peace.
The bathroom, elegant and functional, is complete with a spacious shower and toilet.

Guest access
You will have access to all the spaces of the apartment, which is rented entirely, without any areas shared with other people inside.
The entrance of the building and the stairs are clearly common areas with other guests/tenants.
We ask you to respect the neighborhood by limiting the noise outside and inside in case after 10 pm.
To reach the entrance you have to go up a flight of stairs. There is no elevator.
Other things to note
ATTENTION: We CANNOT issue invoices or any type of receipt so if you are traveling for work before booking our apartment, check that you can use the Airbnb booking receipt for your expenses.
POSSIBLE EXTRA COSTS AT CHECK IN:
1) Tourist tax
In the period from March 1st to October 31st, the municipality of Sestri Levante applies a tourist tax of €2/day per person (up to 10 nights). Children up to the age of 12 are exempt. The tax will be collected in cash upon arrival.
2) Additional people to those declared: €15 per night will be required for each additional person.
3) PETS: we accept ONLY ONE SMALL DOG for a maximum of 5 euros per night per pet. Cats are NOT accepted.
4) CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT OUTSIDE TIMES are often granted, upon agreement and by paying an EXTRA COST OF MINIMUM 30 EURO to the person who will take care of the check-in (entry time slot 18-20 or early check in before 15.00). FOR LATER ENTRY TIMES, IF IT IS POSSIBLE FOR US TO ORGANIZE, THE FEE WILL BE HIGHER.
