We've lived here for over 25 years. We love our area and we also love to meet new people and learn about their lives and culture. Phil and I are very down to Earth and we are happy to aid guests in their quest for the perfect getaway.
If you just want to relax or crash early, we'll give you your personal space too.

Other things to note
If you would like to join us for a home cooked meal, just let us know the morning of or a day beforehand. We ask a contribution of $20/person for the meal. Phil is pretty darn good home cook and you'll enjoy a great meal! Breakfast also available for $10.00/pp.
We have 2 cats that live with us. They typically keep to the downstairs area and outside but keep bedroom doors closed just in case they venture upstairs.

Neighbourhood highlights

This is a quiet residential, semi rural neighborhood but we are located just one minutes drive from US 1 and minutes from I-95 and just a few miles away is the "beachline" 528. (20-30 minutes drive to the beaches and 15 minutes to Kennedy Space Center)
* We are also nicely located for other central Florida attractions such as
Disney (1 hr.), Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure, Downtown Disney, The Florida Mall and Orlando International Airport which are all less than an hour away.
* The Atlantic Ocean with its choice of a quiet serene beach or the busy Pier are less than thirty minutes away.
* Cruise terminals and Port Canaveral are only twenty five minutes away.
* The Indian River Lagoon is a long walk (3 miles) or a two minute drive. There is a quiet lovely riverfront park to picnic at and watch the river and boats and perhaps see some Atlantic bottle nose dolphin swim by.
* Historic Downtown Cocoa Village is also nearby and is a great little gem of a place to spend the day exploring the interesting shops, restaurants and pubs.

Two 50 something empty nesters happy to share our home and meet some new people! Phil and I are down to earth, love to chat and learn about others. As hosts we give you your space but are always up to socializing and hearing about your adventures and where you come from. Phil is a fantastic cook and dinner and or breakfast is an option to add on if you want a delicious home cooked meal. Our life motto is-be kind and enjoy life!
