My beautiful traditional narrowboat is located on the Thames, in peaceful surroundings 10-20 minutes walk from Oxford's city centre.
My boat offers a neat and uncluttered space which harmonises beautifully with the natural surroundings. This, alongside a hint of the traditional way of life, makes for a memorable stay.

We stayed a night on this lovely narrowboat. Vaughan was very warm and kind. He waited for us at the train station before walking for about 5-10 mins to his boat. He explained well on how everything on the boat works. Truly a unique experience. Would definitely recommend a short …

Great location just outside Oxford on the Thames. When the sun shines it is such a relaxing place to just sit and let your mind wander. Pubs and Restaurants a short walk away. Vaughan extremely helpful when arriving and when a few questions came up.

Lovely, unique place to stay in a beautiful location. Enjoyed feeding ducklings from the window and sitting in the sun on roof of boat. Everything you need for a short stay. Vaughan was very friendly and helpful.

Vaughan is friendly and welcoming. He met us at the station and gave us a great introduction to the boat and some tips about Oxford. The boat is cosy and fully equipped.

Vaughan was the perfect host. Picking us up from the station, walking us to the boat and then talking us through everything we needed to know. The setting is beautiful and the boat itself was fantastic. Thank you Vaughan we'll definitely be back.
