The space
This furnished large two bedroom apt is on the 2nd floor in the eight-unit apartment complex with a serene courtyard, located in a quiet neighborhood of the famous University Village. Restaurants, banks, and shopping center, buslines are within 5 minutes walking distance. Easy access to I-5. 10 min to get to down town normally; 20+min in rush hour.
There is a kitchen, bathroom (for either shower or bathtub), bedrooms with built in closet and living room with built in coat closet. Plenty of shelves on the hallway between the bedroom to the living room.

For the building itself, there are total only 8 units here, some are UW faculty, some are graduate students or professionals. Total three units at this top floor, two neighbors are all UW quiet and diligent graduate students. Donald, Subway, Papa Jones are just around the corner. There are also many other restaurant on the 25th ave and the U Village Shopping Center in walking distance.
Other things to note
It is on the 2nd floor near the 55th st and 26th ave. the 26 ave is a quiet residential street, 55th street is a little busier than 26th ave. There are two bedrooms, both with window faces the back yard. So if you open the window faces the street, In the living room you will hear car sounds which is normal.
The hot water heater has limited capacity. When the hot water is used up, it will take 30 min to be heated again. So please try not to take continuous showers. And we don't recommend a very long shower.
The cleaning fee for long term is the initial cleaning fee multiply the # of months. If too dirty, additional cleaning fee will be charged based on $35 per hour.
The rent is based on 2 people, if more than 2 people, it is $15 per night per person with advance notice or $25 per night per person without advance notice.
Long term guests (over 28 days) due to its higher discounted rate than weekly or daily rental, need to purchase household consumable goods after the initial supplies are consumed. To conserve energy, we set up a cap on electricity usage of $80 per month to encourage you lower down your heater temperature when you are not at home or the room is warm enough when you are at home.
I usually try my best to reply fast during work days Monday to Saturday. However Sunday is my Sabbath, if not emergency, I usually do not do business on Sundays.
