🚫 Visitors
Visitors are not permitted during the stay.
💳 Reservation Changes
Changes to the guest list after registration may result in additional charges according to the building's policies.

Guests under 18 must travel with at least one parent. Otherwise, a notarized authorization is required in accordance with Colombian regulations.
Guest access
Apartment access is 100% self check-in thanks to a smart electronic lock 🔐, allowing you to enter easily from check-in time onward, even for late-night arrivals or delayed flights ✈️
🔐 Smart Lock
The apartment has a digital lock:
• You will receive the access code 24 hours before arrival (one-time use for the first entry only)
Inside the apartment, you will find a physical access card that:
• Works as the apartment key
• Activates the apartment’s electricity
• Allows the use of air conditioning and appliances
⚠️ If you leave without the card, you will not be able to re-enter the apartment or use the electricity.
In addition, the building has controlled access and 24/7 security, so the following process is mandatory:
🔒 Mandatory Pre-Registration
• All guests must complete the registration link before arrival
• Without this registration, access to the building will not be authorized
• Only guests included in the reservation will be allowed to enter
🎟️ Guest Identification Wristbands
At check-in, reception will provide identification wristbands for all guests.
• Wristbands must be worn throughout the entire stay
• They are mandatory for building access control
• In case of loss, damage, or voluntary removal, a replacement fee of $8,000 COP per wristband must be paid directly at reception
👶 Entry Requirements for Minors (Required by Law)
In compliance with Colombian regulations:
• Law 300 of 1996
• Law 1098 of 2006
The following is required:
• All guests under 18 years old must be accompanied by at least one parent
If traveling without their parents:
• A notarized authorization letter signed by at least one parent
• Copy of the minor’s birth certificate
• Copy of the authorizing parent’s ID document
