■Things to Read Before Your Stay
1. Our accommodation is an unmanned facility.
Please be sure to check the information we will send you via message after your reservation.
If you have any problems, we will provide support through the message thread.
During your stay, please make sure you can view the message thread on the site.
If there is anything you don’t understand, please feel free to ask me at any time.
2. This property supports Japanese (phone/messages) and English (messages).
3. Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the building (including balconies and shared areas).
4. From 9 p.m. to 7 a.m., please refrain from making loud noises or speaking loudly.
Especially in hallways and balconies, sounds easily echo. Please be mindful.
5. The following activities are prohibited. Depending on the situation, we may report to the police:
Entering neighboring premises, bringing pets inside, dyeing hair, using drugs, holding parties, letting anyone other than registered guests stay or enter.
6. Removing items from inside the room is prohibited.
If, by mistake, you take home a hand towel (¥2,000), a face towel (¥1,000), or any other item (actual item cost + ¥3,000), or if you leave behind large garbage (disposal cost + ¥3,000), or if you request the return of lost items (cash-on-delivery shipping only, shipping cost + ¥2,000), you will be charged accordingly.
7. Please separate and store your garbage inside the room.
If you wish to dispose of it, we will collect it, so please place it outside the room and contact us.
8. Please keep the room clean.
If the room is found to be significantly dirty after check-out, an additional cleaning fee may be charged.
This is because I, the host, have a fixed cleaning fee agreement with the cleaning company, and if the room is dirty, I must pay additional costs. Thank you for your understanding.
9.Late Check-out
Due to cleaning schedules, late check-out is not accepted.
If a guest checks out late and it interferes with cleaning or the next check-in, we will charge a fee.
This is because we have an agreement with the next guest regarding the check-in time, and if that promise cannot be kept, I, the host, may incur penalties or have to issue a refund.
10. There is no parking lot.
Please note that parking violations in the surrounding area are strictly prohibited.
Parking or stopping, even temporarily, on the street or in non-designated areas is a crime.
If a complaint is made, a fine of ¥30,000 will be charged.
★The parking space on the first floor is for the café only. Guests are not allowed to park there.
11. Towels, Bedding, and Cleaning
・For 1-night stays: 1 towel set (1 bath towel + 1 face towel) per person.
・For stays of 3 nights or more: 2 towel sets per person.
・No mid-stay cleaning, replacement, or replenishment is provided.
12. By making a reservation, you are deemed to have agreed to the “House Rules” and “Other Rules” listed on this listing page.
Please make sure to check them before making a reservation.

13. On Airbnb, reservations made by someone other than the actual guest (except through the Airbnb Business Program) are prohibited.
Please make the reservation using the account of the person who will be staying.
If it is discovered after confirmation, the reservation will be canceled, and a cancellation fee will be charged according to the cancellation policy.
14. It is prohibited for anyone not included in the reservation to enter the room.
Even if someone enters for a short time, that person must be included in the number of guests in the reservation, and their guest information must also be submitted.
In addition, we cannot accept more than the maximum number of guests allowed for the property.
