Come explore Dublin city and stay in our beautiful apartment within walking distance of the city centre and all major attractions.
The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a three story building. A lift is installed in the building.
The apartment itself is at the rear of the building, away from the main street and this isolates it from the usual city noises. No city traffic can be heard.
The balcony offers a full view of the west of the city.
Welcome to our lovely home, a two-bed apartment within easy walking distance of city centre and all major tourist attractions.
Enjoy a complimentary Nespresso coffee while chilling on the balcony overlooking the city or grab a book from the library and relax.
Fast and reliable Wi-Fi connection, with signal available all around the apartment and Apple TV available. Basics such as towels, clean duvet, bed sheets, shower gel, toothpaste, etc. are all included.
Perfect base to explore the city with St Patricks Cathedral, Christchurch Cathedral and St James's Gate, the home of Guinness, all nearby.
Located in a secure gated complex, the apartment is a great location to relax after a busy day enjoying all the sights and sounds of Dublin.
The local neighbourhood has everything you could require including a food store downstairs and plenty of cafes and bars within walking distance.
Guests will have access to the entire apartment.
Interaction with guests
I will meet you at check-in and give you a guided tour. I will also share my best local recommendations, where to eat and have a great pint of Guinness.
You will have my contact details during my stay if you have any questions or need any assistance.
- Dublin is a great city and has wonderful nightlife to enjoy but we have a strict no party rule in the property. Antisocial behaviour in the property or communal areas is not acceptable and you will be asked to leave the property.
- No stag or hen parties. Sorry! If you book and arrive as a party group, unfortunately, we wont be able to accept your booking.
- It's a lovely neighbourhood so we ask that you respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum after 9pm.
- We don't accept groups under 21 years of age. Guests under the age of 21 are still entirely welcome – they will just need to be accompanied by lead guest over the age of 25.
Failure to adhere to property rules will result in loss of deposit and/or cancellation of your booking.
Now thats the rules out of the way, let me extend a warm welcome to Dublin.
You are booking a wonderful property and hope you feel at home during your stay. We look forward to hosting you and sharing our wonderful city with you.
