Relax or socialize in the cozy lounge area, complete with comfortable seating and ambient lighting—an ideal spot for morning coffee, sunset drinks, or stargazing at night.

-Located on the bank of Lake Erie, minutes from Amherstburg.
-Our property backs to Big Creek Marsh Wildlife Area, a significant coastal marsh wetland spanning approximately 2,500 acres.
-Approx. 5 min. from Holiday Beach Conservation Area.
-Numerous wineries 30-minute or less drive from house.
-Private, resident-only beach at end of street.
-Approx. 32 km (20 miles) from Detroit/Windsor border crossing.

Guest access
Guests have full access to the house on both the lake and marsh sides of the property.

Other things to note
All doors and windows must be kept closed at all times due to wildlife in the area. This includes especially at dusk as there are bats that live near the marsh.

Please note that the fire table and out door barbecue is shut down for the season once snow arrives. It will reopen in the spring

WINTER WEATHER & SNOW REMOVAL

Our snow-removal service clears the driveway and main walkways after each snowfall. During active snow or icy conditions, surfaces may become slippery even between clearings.

To help keep the porch area safe, we provide:
- A small bin of pet-safe ice melt
- A lightweight snow shovel

Guests may use these items for the porch or steps if they wish.
