Enjoy the Spanish Moss Trail, Parris Island, Port Royal & Sands Beach, Cypress Wetland Nature Preserve. Hunting Island State Park is about a 30-minute drive (Pass provided).

The space
Welcome to The Santini Cottage, perfectly located to everything Beaufort! Renovated in 2023, our cottage offers a spacious 1,700 Sq. Ft. 3-bedroom 2 bath layout. Entire home comfortably sleeps 6 guests. Our cottage living room seats 7/8 guests for relaxing in front of the TV or for sharing conversation about your day in Beaufort. Need extra space for reading a book or working, you can retreat to the Sunroom/Dining Room with plenty of natural light. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped for the cook in the group. Enjoy your meals in the Dining Room, seating for 6/8 with overflow at the 2-seater island/bar. We've provided a large cookpot and recipe for you to prepare Pat Conroy's Frogmore Stew, Beaufort's own original low country dish. Each bedroom has a smart Roku TV and ceiling fans. The Master has a private bathroom with shower.

Centrally located, our cottage offers you the historic downtown just a few minutes' drive. There you will find restaurants for casual or fine dining, coffee, ice cream, fudge, kitchen store, wine, ladies and men's boutiques and galleries all overlooking the Beaufort River and Waterfront Park and Historic swing bridge. While downtown you can catch a variety of tours: walking, golfcart and carriage

We are a short walk or bike ride to the Spanish Moss Trail. Just a few minutes' drive to Parris Island. Port Royal and Sands Beach is a quick 5-minute drive where you will find restaurants, antiques, boutiques, Bird watching at the Cypress |Wetland nature Preserve, boat launch and beach. A beautiful seaside village perfect for strolling and spending the day. Enjoy the Saturday Farmers Market open year round

Hunting Island State Park and Light House is about a 30-minute drive out towards the sea islands. We provide you with a pass for free entrance. Hunting Island offers you a day to behold: 5 miles of pristine beaches, a natural masterpiece, bike trails, fishing pier, nature center and shelling. Take a picnic. Take a stroll. Talk with the park rangers about the sea turtles and other animals that call the island home. It's worth the trip!
