I cannot speak more highly of Paul's hospitality! The flat is in a great location, very close to a convenient metro station servicing much of Paris. The flat was clean, safe and incredibly comfortable - a wonderful place to call a "home away from home," exactly as described in the listing, and impeccably decorated to boot! Paul was communicative and responsive, not only helping us in preparation for the trip but also meeting us at the flat to show us amenities, suggest places nearby to eat, etc. I'd highly recommend this place to anyone looking to visit Paris, particularly those looking for a more local feel since the area is a wonderful, up-and-coming part of town to explore. (Don't miss the boulangerie just a few doors down, Rue des Dames restaurants and Sacre Coeur just a few metro stops away!) Thank you so much for a wonderful stay, Paul!!

Super location, you will find everything on your doorstep. Paul made us really welcome in his apartment and even checked in to make sure everything is there what we need. I would recommend this to singles and couples, very safe and a nice neighbourhood. Also it is a must to check out the Hecht bakery!:):)

Paul's apartment is perfect for couples who want to see all the sights of Paris, but who also want a quiet place to relax at the end of the day. The apartment is very close to the Metro, shopping, sights, parks, and more. There are plenty of things to do nearby and the bakeries and restaurants were great. Paul greeted us when we arrived and showed us around and was very friendly. The next time we come to Paris we will definitely stay here again!

Gorgeous home with modern appliances and French style, lots of light, access to courtyard, warm and comfortable, very secure with codes and keys for door, Paul was an absolute pleasure, so welcoming and available with any questions or concerns. The home reflects modern, peaceful, and artistic style with such a wonderful atmosphere to come home to after a long days adventure in Paris. 5 minute walk to metro, bakeries, cheese/meat/seafood shops, fresh markets, restaurants, supermarket, post office and ATMs anywhere from 1-5 minute walk. Highly recommend!!

Paul is an absolute amazing host. He welcomed us to his apartment in person and showed us around and how the appliances worked. He provided some breakfast items and coffee/tea, so thoughtful. He also has a Nespresso, which is an amazing addition to his lovely apartment. The apartment was clean and very quiet and peaceful. It's in a great location as well. We enjoyed relaxing "at home" after walking all over the city during the day. There also are some great cafes and bakeries nearby.

This place is quite awesome for a couple. Very clean and cosy. The host is also very kind. The place has also a good wi-fi connection and it is very close to the underground. The area is central and chic but it has also a lot of small shops and restaurant so you can enjoy your stay in Paris like a real parisien.

This was our first time in Paris, and as hectic as it was arriving in a relatively unknown place with heavy luggage, Paul greeted us at the apartment and immediately made us feel at home. The apartment is exactly as it looks in the pictures...BEAUTIFUL! Everything worked and functioned as they should, the decor is simple yet attractive, and overall the apartment is in a great location. The closest Metro station is less than a 5 minute walk. We didn't even need to go far for food as there are plenty of restaurants and bakeries on the same street, AND Paul was generous enough to provide us with breakfast foods, beer, and wine...perfect! We didn't interact with Paul much throughout the duration of our stay, but he left me messages welcoming any questions if we had any. Overall, the stay at Paul's apartment made our first trip to Paris that much more enjoyable and I hope to be able to stay there again in the future. THANK YOU!

Paul User ProfilePaul is a superhost.

My name's Paul, I was born in 1988, and lived in France and Canada. I worked in the service industry while studying, and I'm now working in Bespoke tailoring in Paris.

I'm always trying to get away for a few days. While traveling, I try as much as possible to enjoy my hobbies which are animal photography, scuba diving, concerts and tattoos.

In the last couple of years I've been to Spain, USA, Canada, Indonesia, Tanzania, Netherlands, Czeck Republic, Sweden, Italy, Switzerland, Costa Rica, England, Sri Lanka, Thailand, Portugal and Bahrein.

As an host i try to be as responsive and available as my fulltime work and obligations allow me, and I always like to get people to get the most of their stay in Paris. I strongly believe that a few tips and adresses can change how much you will enjoy your trip and I will take the few extra steps to share theses with you.

I work and stay within 10 minutes of the appartment so it's very easy for me to come by if you ever need me to.

Looking forward to meeting you,
Paul
