To avoid delays and inconvenience, we ask that you send all passports to the Black Forest Holiday Homes team at least 72 hours before your scheduled arrival.
Please note that a tourist tax is levied in Dubai, which is charged in addition to the nightly rate at the time of booking. This will be shown to you as individual line items when you pay.
In-person check-in service
Self check-in is not possible for this apartment due to building regulations. Therefore, a Black Forest Holiday Homes staff member must personally hand over the keys upon each arrival.
Regular check-in is available from 3:00 p.m. on the day of arrival. The in-person check-in fee of AED 180 per stay applies from this time, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
This means that a personal check-in is possible, for example, at 3:00 p.m., 8:00 p.m., 11:00 p.m. or even after midnight. However, the fee does not entitle you to check in before 3:00 p.m. Early check-in is only possible by prior arrangement and subject to availability.
