• Security Deposits – $500 refundable deposit for new Airbnb guests with no prior reviews. $250 deposit per pet.
• Family & Relaxation Only – This home is intended for guests seeking a peaceful stay.
• Quiet Enjoyment – Please keep noise to a respectful level. No parties, large gatherings, or disruptive behavior.
• Pool & Outdoor Etiquette – Kindly avoid glass containers, loud music, or food/drinks in the pool area.
• Smoking Policy – Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment or in shared building areas.
• Parking – Reserved parking is available for $25/day. Unauthorized parking may result in towing. Lost garage remotes are $150.
• Check-In – 4:00 PM to 11:00 PM. Late check-ins may be arranged in advance.
• Damages & Extra Cleaning – Any damage or excessive cleaning may result in charges deducted from your deposit.
