The Outpost provides a welcoming and cosy space, it is situated in a prime location with panoramic valley views where you are close to nature and can really switch off. It is suited to those looking for an 'outdoors' experience being close to lots of great walking routes and there's an enclosed garden to enjoy the magnificent views.
The Outpost is powered by solar energy only and does not have ANy electric. Communal showers are available.

The space
The main bed is a luton, restricted height bed above the kitchen/dining area, there is also the option to lower the dining table which converts into a double bed plus a sofa bed in the lounge.
The accommodation has an enclosed toilet, showers are communal onsite.

Other things to note
The accommodation is situated on a campsite and there may be other guests, the property is situated in the furthest corner with commanding views. There is an onsite bar and coffee facility which open most weekends during Summer months.

Hi, I love the countryside surrounding The Herdwick and I particularly love dogs. I live on site and you will see me about with my 3 very friendly labradors. You may also meet Russ my brother who takes care of our maintenance and Donna my Sister who also spends a lot of time with us.
