Boat Trips around The Skellig Islands are also available and may also be booked in advance.
All boat trips are weather dependant.

Right beside the walk up to the Kerry Cliffs. Nice place and Marie was lovely. I had my area to myself with a nice warm fire to relax after a long day of driving. Also Marie has three Australian Shepard dogs which just so happen to be my favourite so that was an added bonus for me. I hope to be back some day and luck out with better weather.

Marie's place was absolutely fantastic. We were down in Portmagee for the Skellig Islands tour the next day, and when we arrived at Marie's place she came out and greeted us, showed us around, and even gave us a ticket for free entry to the Kerry Cliffs just up the street. Marie's place was clean and comfortable with our own bathroom and the coziest common areas around. If you're going to be in Portmagee, do yourself a favour and stay with Marie!

(URL HIDDEN) Marie showed us the most amazing Irish hospitality...from the time we arrived until we hugged goodbye. The wind and rain were fierce yet she still made our stay magical with a warm day by the fire. Marie also managed to get my husband on a boat to Skellig Michael when less than 1/2 of them were running. Her place is simple, quaint and sufficient and full of true Irish spirit. She is a welcoming host ready to go all the way to make her guests welcome. We hope you choose Skellig View if you make it to Portmagee.

Marie was a fantastic host for the two of us passing through on our journey through the Ring of Kerry and Ring of Skellig. This was also the perfect spot for us because the next morning we needed to be in Portmagee for our trip out to Skellig Michael. Marie was incredibly accommodating of our late check in and everything in the room (albeit small) was just what we needed for a quick night's stay.

Maris was a wonderful host. Very responsive to messages and upon arrival gave us complimentary tickets to the Kerry Cliffs across the road. Room was comfortable and private with a shared living area with another couple that we did not see during our stay. Amazing listening to the sound of the wind and sheep at night in this beautiful location.

Marie was extremely accommodating and responsive. She gave us a warm welcome and offered to help make bookings for tours in the area. It was a delight to stay there, and we look forward to the opportunity to return. And as advertised, the location is incredible, 2 minutes walking from the Kerry Cliffs and view of the skelligs.
