You’ll be conveniently positioned near Larchmont Village, Koreatown, Hollywood, The Grove, West Hollywood, Silver Lake and Downtown LA, with easy access to dining, shopping, entertainment and many of the city’s most popular destinations. As with most of Los Angeles, driving or rideshare is generally the easiest way to explore the city.

The Rosewood is a 4-level home with multiple flights of stairs. Guests with limited mobility should consider this before booking. The first-floor bedroom and full bathroom are located on the entry level, but the kitchen, main living area and additional bedrooms require stairs.
The home is located within a residential gated community. We ask guests to be considerate of our neighbors and observe quiet hours and all house rules. Only registered guests are permitted to stay overnight, and parties, events and large gatherings are not permitted.
For electric vehicles, the garage has access to a 220V outlet but does not have a dedicated EV charging station. Guests who wish to charge an EV must bring compatible charging equipment.

PARKING:
Electric Vehicles: ***WE DO NOT HAVE AN EV CHARGER*** You will need to bring your own charger. The garage has a 220 volt outlet to which you can plug your EV charger.
The secure garage fits 2 cars. One space fits most cars, but a large SUV will be a tight fit. The second space fits only compact vehicles. Please use caution when parking in the garage.
There is free street parking, however please be mindful of street cleaning hours which will be posted on signs.
The gated driveway is shared by 3 other homes. Please be respectful of your neighbors and do not block the driveway.
