The holiday house "le Palilia" is a 55 square meters apartment that offers two double rooms, a common place with a cosy and fully equipped kitchenette, and a bathroom with shower. From the kitchen balcony, that overlooks on an internal court, you can appreciate the very close and amazing view of Michelangelo’s dome. The second sight, from the bedroom balcony, glances at Gianicolo and its historical same walls.
The favorable exposure (est-west) and the high floor guarantee both an optimal internal lightings and a pleasant ventilation that contribute to the coolness of the apartment, even in the summertime.
The apartment has been recently renovated respecting all regulations and applying the best interior comfort standards.
