Hours & Organization:
Check-in (4:00 PM - 8:00 PM): As the welcome is personalized, it is essential that you inform us by message or phone of your approximate arrival time.
Check-out (11:00 a.m. at the latest): Check-out must be by 11:00 a.m. Unlike a hotel, we don't have a night-time hotel team or an army of robots: this strict time limit is essential to allow our cleaning team to prepare the premises in the best possible condition for the next guests. If you need to check out early, please let us know the day before.
Medium-term (28 to 90 days max, excluding July & August): For any medium-term reservation between 28 and 90 days maximum (this option is not available in July and August), water and electricity consumption is not included in the base rate. It will be charged as a supplement according to actual consumption, as read on the meter at check-in and check-out.

The apartment is strictly non-smoking inside.
To respect the condominium, parties, noisy evenings, and nighttime disturbances (especially after 10 PM) are strictly prohibited.
Pets: No pets are allowed.
Safety: Bringing illegal substances (drugs) onto the property is strictly prohibited.
Etiquette & Departure: We will never ask you to clean for us, but we do ask that you respect the work of our concierge team. The minimum expected courtesy is to take out your trash and not leave dirty dishes piling up in the sink before you leave.
Damage & Liability: The accommodation is subject to a rigorous inventory and a complete check between each stay. The guest is responsible for the apartment for the duration of their reservation. Any damage caused to furniture, equipment, or linens, as well as any loss of keys, access badges, or pool wristbands (if applicable, especially in high season), will be subject to a direct charge for replacement or repair (via the platform's deposit or an official reimbursement request).
