Other things to note
Two double beds and one set of bunk beds - bunk beds are only suitable for children under 16 years old.
Original slate floor throughout the ground floor means cottage has heaps of character - but floor can feel cool so bring thick socks or slippers if visiting in Winter.
Only EE/BT and 3 mobile networks work in the Boscastle area so if concerned about a mobile signal you may wish to purchase a PAYG SIM before arriving.
We do allow 2 well-behaved dogs at an extra charge of £25 per dog - please let me know in advance if you are bringing any pets.
Dogs must not be left unattended in the house at any time, unless by prior arrangement.
No smoking in the house itself please, anywhere outside is fine.
