“Only registered guests are allowed on the property. If unregistered guests are brought or unauthorized gatherings occur, an additional charge starting at $25+ per person night and a cleaning fee starting at $75 + will be automatically applied, based on the situation. I do not typically charge a cleaning fee, as my greatest joy is providing you with a comfortable stay. However, if significant disorder is left after departure, a cleaning fee will be applied accordingly. No parties, no gatherings with non-registered guests, no smoking of any kind, and no pets of any kind are allowed. Thank you for your understanding and for respecting the rules.”
