It is centrally located in the heart of Picton, featuring 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, office space & deck with BBQ on a semi private lot, off the street. Short 5 min walk to downtown, where you can enjoy The Royal Hotel, shops, restaurants, cafe's, galleries and more. A short drive to Sandbanks Provincial Park, wineries and breweries. Includes high speed Wi-Fi, central AC/heat, parking & Sandbanks day-use pass.

The space
Located in beautiful central Picton, this cozy bungalow is nestled on a semi private lot surrounded by beautiful mature trees. It features a large eat-in kitchen, bright and spacious living room, one bedroom with a queen size bed and a 4 piece bathroom. There is a sunroom off the kitchen that is set up as an office space for you to work remotely during your stay with ease. Outside there is a deck with a bbq, dining and lounge area, as well as a small yard.

The house includes a Smart TV with cable and the unlimited high-speed WiFi allows you to stream on Netflix, Amazon Prime TV and other popular streaming platforms (must have your own accounts).

Equipped with Central AC and heat that you control to ensure you are comfortable during your stay.

Store your bikes and other equipment outside with ease on this private lot.

Ontario Parks pass included (for Sandbanks day-use).

Private parking included for 1 car, possibly 2 if arranged in advance. Street parking available as well (April-Nov).

The house is situated in the older residential area of Picton. It is about a 5 minute walk to downtown Picton, which features many boutiques, cafes, restaurants, galleries and the historic Regent Theatre and Royal Hotel. The Picton Arena and Crystal Palace are also very close by, which are hosts to many festivals and events that happen in PEC. And for the craft beer lovers, we are in walking distance of 555 Brewing Co. and Prince Eddy's Brewing Co. and a short drive or bike ride to Parsons Brewing Company.
