Whether you’re here for business or leisure, this cozy and stylish space offers everything you need for a relaxing stay in the city.

The unit is on the 2nd floor in a triplex building.
The laundry is coin operated and shared.
NOTE: The unit does not have its own thermostat. Cooling and heating are controlled by building management.
To adjust the temperature, use the floor vents:
• Open vents for more cool air
• Close vents for less cool air and a warmer room
Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire unit.
The laundry is coin operated and shared.
Other things to note
Please park on your designated area. Respect our quiet hours and people living in our secondary units.
The laundry is coin operated and shared. The washer and dryer are $3 each, loonies only.
Please note that we do not provide items such as safety gates, or childproofing equipment. We recommend guests bring any necessary items for their family's safety and comfort.
Security cameras are located in the hallway, common areas of the building, and outside. We are not responsible if the cameras are not functioning for any reason.
Snow removal: Snow removal is provided for accumulations over 5 cm, with the service expected to arrive within 24 hours. A shovel is available for guest use; if it is missing, please contact us. Please note that salting is not included, and we are not responsible for slips or falls if the snow removal service is delayed.
Snow removal is not arranged for bookings more than 28 days.
