The space
Every corner of this home has been carefully decorated to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The family room features spacious, exceptionally comfortable sofas, perfect for relaxation, and a cozy reading nook for those who enjoy a peaceful retreat.

For dining, there’s a 6-seat dining table, a breakfast table for 4, and bar stools for casual meals. The kitchen is fully equipped, ensuring you have everything needed for cooking and dining. There’s also a convenient powder room on the ground floor for extra comfort and accessibility.

The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, a walk-in closet, and a 55-inch TV for your entertainment. You’ll be amazed by the beautiful washrooms.

The other two bedrooms feature queen-sized beds, nightstands, spacious closets, and another TV on the lower level.

Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire house except the garage

Other things to note
Please note that we do not provide items such as safety gates, or childproofing equipment. We recommend guests bring any necessary items for their family's safety and comfort.

Note: There are trees in the backyard. Please make sure children don’t climb them and are supervised at all times for safety.

Snow removal: Snow removal is provided for accumulations over 5 cm, with the service expected to arrive within 24 hours. A shovel is available for guest use; if it is missing, please contact us. Please note that salting is not included, and we are not responsible for slips or falls if the snow removal service is delayed.
Snow removal is not arranged for bookings more than 28 days.

Since our cleaners do not have time to refill propane tanks, please note that propane is not provided. However, an empty tank is available on-site, and you can exchange it for a full one at your convenience. Thank you for your understanding.

From November to April, inclusive, the BBQ and backyard are not maintained due to winter conditions.

Cameras are installed at the property entrances, however we are not responsible if they are not operational or not in place for any reason.

Pool and backyard service providers may occasionally access the backyard during your stay. Please do not be alarmed if you see someone performing service work outside.

Our pool is open starting from May 15th to October. Please review our pool rules.

Pool Rules and waiver:
POOL RULES:
1. Only experienced swimmers are allowed in the pool area.
2. Minors must be accompanied by an adult when in the pool area.
3. Eating or drinking in the pool is not permitted. Consumption of alcohol is strictly prohibited in the pool area.
4. Diving into the pool is not allowed.
5. While a diving board is installed, we kindly request that guests refrain from diving for their safety.
6. Pets are not allowed in the pool area.
7. The maximum number of swimmers in the pool should not exceed 10.
8. Please observe appropriate behaviour around the pool, such as refraining from running and engaging in horseplay.
9. Please maintain a noise-free environment in the backyard. Quiet hours for the backyard are between 9 PM to 9 AM, ensuring the comfort of our neighbours.
10. A skimmer net is provided for your convenience. If the pool becomes dirty during your stay, please feel free to use it.
11. Kindly refrain from opening the pool room located next to our pool.  
12. Please exercise caution around wet surfaces as we cannot be held responsible for slip and fall incidents in the pool area. Your safety is important to us.
13. Water is tested once a week by the home owner. Please test water if you wish before use.
14. No lifeguard on duty: Guests must swim at their own risk as there will be no lifeguard present.
15. Guest accepts and understand that neither the host, co-host, nor the cleaners can be held liable for any unforeseen circumstances that may arise in or around the pool area. It is important to acknowledge that certain inherent risks exist, and we cannot be held accountable for them.
