About this listing
The heart of Annapolis Royal, the Famous Red Shed, is close to the town centre, art, culture, parks, and great views. You’ll love The Famous Red Shed because of the cosiness, convenience, and the location. The Famous Red Shed is good for couples, solo adventurers.
Being surrounded by the town of Annapolis Royal is really one of the many bonuses to this property. Let us be perfectly clear..we are unique. The house itself is very comfortable, the yard is large and private, however on Saturdays you are literally in the thick of the famous Annapolis Royal Farmers Market, and everything you make of that. No need to cook that day with vendors less than one hundred yards of your house. Once you arrive, park your car in the private parking, or put your motorcycle in the fenced in yard and walk for the rest of your visit here. Full kitchen, full bath, comfortable, airy and safe. This is probably the place for you.
Travellers will have full access to their own private yard and small house.
Interaction with guests
Hi, I own a gallery on St., George St., our main street, (Far-Fetched Antiques and Art) and have for 17years. I know the area well. I am in the gallery, 10-6p , Monday thru Sat. and Sun. 12-5p. At any time I am also available for tips, hints, references and direction. As a gallery owner, I am rather social and have the occasional gathering and or opening which I love to invite guests to.
I love the central location of this house. Every essential convenience of the town, is within walking distance. And some not so essential.
We have public transit.
- Outside smoking only -420 welcome

I confess, I'm a known traveller. On the road for 6 months a year for more than 25 years. Although my work focuses on Asia, I don't think there is a corner of the planet we couldn't have a good discussion about. My hosting technic is quiet simple. Good, clean, safe place for my guests to be at home in...then I disappear. Of course an email, or phone call would have me on site within a minute, but I prefer to let guests enjoy their privacy. If a guests prefers company, by all means we have company...since I own a gallery, the doors are always revolving and we never know who will walk in next. My guests at F.R.S., are always welcome to drop by the gallery for tea, and conversation. ( and entertainment as it turns out).
