Outstanding hospitality
10 recent guests complimented Andrea for outstanding hospitality.

Gorgeous and interesting architecture, built along a hillside, overlooking the lake and volcanoes. Beautiful, well kept gardens, views of the lake and its magical sunsets. Large rooms inside, flagstone floors, structural concrete beams all built around the rocky hillside. You can enjoy showers built into the rock looking at the lake.

Beds are very comfortable, kitchen is fully equipped and staff is friendly as can be!!

Quiet, serene, unique and relaxing. We were a family of four and could not have been happier with the rental. The views are amazing. It is quite out of the way which is great. Alejandro was very nice and extremely helpful.

Response from Andrea:
Dear Alicia, I’m so sorry that you didn’t enjoy your stay at the house. Time away is precious and should be a delight. The house is indeed funky and unusual. You are quite right, the spaces flow into each other and it was not built with privacy in mind. So to anyone reading this…

This place was absolutely fantastic. It went above and beyond our expectations for a beautiful getaway. As everyone says- the pictures don't do it justice. We will return the first chance we get!!

I was born in Guatemala City but moved here with my three children so we could enjoy the abundant lushness of nature at Lake Atitlan. The weather, the people and the landscapes makes living here an amazing experience. I work helping people organize their vacations at this…
