Manolo's loft was a fantastic stay while I was in Cuenca. It was nice and peaceful - with really good wifi and very central. Manolo was a great host - very kind and accommodating - plus a really talented artists. I would recommend to stay here.

Nice, confortable and quiet loft just 1 minute walking from the central fruit and vegetable market. All resto are very close. Bed is firm. Manolo let us stay our luggage when we escape Cuenca for few days in Vilcabamba. I realy enjoy that loft, you can visit Cuenca and come back at night in this quiet place. Thanks Manolo

A hop and a skip away from the major attractions of historical Cuenca, right off a bustling busy main street where you will find everything you need and don't need, the flat is nestled in an inner yard away from the noise and exhaust of the buses. A little oasis!!!! Manolo was there to greet me, after ringing the door bell identified with an "Airbnb" label. He was a great resource of information and had this great artist vibe to him. I enjoyed the flat very much, small but functional! The staircase to the bed is narrow and steep, so if you have mobility problems or are overweight I would think twice about it! I would return without a doubt.... Thanks Manolo!

We had an enjoyable stay in Cuenca. The loft is located a private courtyard near the Centro and was reasonably quiet. It was nice to cook our own food. We only saw Manolo the first day. The courtyard is rather secure, but our room lock was not functioning. We asked Manolo to repair this which he promised to do the next day, but It was never done. A locking door would made our stay more comfortable both when we were in the room and when we were away.

Manolo was a great host and the apartment is super cool and even better than advertised. It is basically a private apartment that shares a courtyard with the main house. He was waiting outside for us on arrival, very sweet. The bed is comfy, with lots of warm blankets. The whole place is very cool! Great location as well.

A really exceptional place to stay in Cuenca. The location is on a busy and lively street but the studio is really quiet and peaceful. Manolo is an architect and it really shows in the clever use of space which was really comfortable for the two of us. We had everything we needed and really felt like we had a home in Cuenca. Wonderful shower with reliable hot water; good wifi; comfortable bed. Note that the sleeping part of the loft is up 5 very steep little stairs so not a good choice if you are not totally mobile! All in all
