Beautiful place, the fisherhouse part is museum where you are allowed to touch everything! Cathrine was a super nice host, hope to stay there for a bit longer sometime.

We were thrilled to stay in this amazing seahouse! It is unique of its kind, full of interesting artifacts and objects belonging to the past. Although we haven't met Cathrine, we can say she has quite an imagination! And her cousin Espen was just a superhost, so kind and welcoming, we enjoyed his company a lot!

Our short stay at Cathrine's sea house was excellent! Cathrine was a very warm and welcoming host, and made us feel right at home. The house is filled with multiple generations of family artifacts which are very neat to view. Overall, If you are up for an adventure and you are open minded, then this is a good fit for you. If you are very particular about your lodging, then this might not be the place for you. We took a day trip to Lofoten and it was wonderful. When we returned from our Lofoten adventure, Cathrine made us dinner and then took us on an adventure in the fjord. We wish we could have stayed longer to have more fun with Cathrine and to enjoy the beauty of the fjord. Thanks Cathrine for a very memorable trip!

This place is a museum, so many things to see. The view on the fjord at sunset is stunning. The previous review doesn't do justice to this place. It's like eating oysters, some people hate it, we really loved it . Catherine always replies soon. Our dinner with freshly caught fish from the fjord that was wonderful. In short a great, wonderful bnb but not for people with a modern taste. We highly recommend it, specially if Espen , her cousin is around. A great host and fisherman.
