Meet your host
Welcome to Elite Apartments!
My name is Paulina Kozłowska and she has been handling rentals and property management for several years. In my career, I worked with clients on almost every level. I started with cleaning and currently running my own business.
In July 2016, based on many years of experience and focus on solving various issues related to property management and working with a demanding customer, I decided to create the Elite Apartments brand.
The main motto of our company is an individual approach to the customer. In every situation, we want to meet all the expectations, provide the highest level of service, and inspire people who use our listing.
We help clients at every step of the property selection, purchase, equipment, and selection of the right business model for the facility.
Our goal is to adapt the rental property in a way that will maximize the profits it generates.
We do short and long term rentals throughout the year. Currently, we operate properties located mainly in the center of Gdansk.
