Beachfront 1BR/1BA elevated 1st floor condo located in the gated Gulf Shores Plantation Resort in beautiful Fort Morgan, AL. Enjoy private beach access, indoor/outdoor pools, hot tub, fitness center, golf, pickleball & peaceful sugar-white beaches. The space
This 500sqft unit comfortably sleeps 4. Perfect for couples or small families. Our 500 square-foot condo is on the first floor in Building 3 at Gulf Shores Plantation in Fort Morgan, AL. Our location allows an elevated first floor DIRECT GULF BEACHFRONT view of the white sugar beach, rolling surf & natural dunes. The bedroom has a queen size bed & the living room has a new queen size sleeper sofa with a memory foam mattress. Each area has a Roku TV & ceiling fan. The bedroom also has a box fan. “Kid” size bunks located in the hallway have a cot size memory foam mattress. An app operated Laundry facility is located directly across the breezeway from our unit.

Guest access
When you arrive at the property, you’ll check in with the 24/7 security guards, and they will present you with a FREE parking pass to be displayed during your stay. A PARKING PASS is available for a maximum of TWO vehicles per reservation.

Other things to note
➡️NO SMOKING on this property!! This property has a strict non-smoking policy. Do not book if anyone in your group smokes (i.e., cigarettes, cigars, or e-cigs/vape, medical/recreational marijuana, etc.) Additional fees will apply if condo cleaning requires above normal cleaning, including odors from smoking, either on the property or brought in from somewhere else. Owner of condo and other guests are extremely sensitive to these type of odors!!

➡️The 24/7 gated security allows for easy check-in on your schedule and I’ll send you a door code for keyless entry. If you need help to carry up your belongings, luggage carts and a ramp are available located in the middle of Building Three near the elevator. Vending and ice machines are also available by the elevator and the pool.

➡️As of May 2024, there is a new coffee and ice cream shop, Selah, on our property along with an on-site restaurant and grill. The Sassy Bass is located next door in Building 5. The Kiva Grill is also open 7 days a week, just make sure you are in golf course attire. Food trucks are located seasonally about 2 miles right leaving our resort. There are a few small markets within 5 miles of the condo and a Dollar General store. If you’re looking for a supermarket, Rouses and Walmart are located on the corner of Highway 59/Gulf Shores Parkway in Fort Morgan Rd and a Publix is at the previous intersection. The nearest marina is Fort Morgan Marina, located west of the resort near Fort Morgan and the ferry to Dauphin Island.
