Its perfect if you bring your own car to be able to move around... but if you dont have one and you dont mind to walk 10 minutes to the bus stop,, then this is your perfect place.

bus stop (walmart) 10 minutes walking.
to Cancun downtown 8km, about 15 minutes driving or by bus.
to the beach 10km, about 20 minutes driving or by bus.
to Cancun Airport 20km, about 30 minutes driving.
to ADO Cancun central bus station 8km, 15 minutes driving or by bus

Your apartment is fully furnished with private entrance, private kitchen, private bathroom.
as extra touch from us to ensure you have a really nice time in Cancun, you have access to enjoy a common area (shared terrace with the other 2 apartments) and use the Jacuzzi with fresh water (no hot water), treated as a pool with chlorine to keep the water clean.

I do not live in the unit,,, but Im more than happy to assist you in any question you have, advises, etc.
when you arrive you will be able to retrieve your own key from the keybox located at the entrance, you notify me that you have arrived, next day in the morning about 9am I will stop by to see you, greet you and meet you in person,, will be happy to give you advises if you need.
