Thank you Matthew for your comments, which I would like to clarify, wherever I can.
Whit regards to the bed, in all the rooms we have orthopedic mattresses bought during the renovation one and a half year ago, which many guests founds super comfy: it is very hard to find one kind of bed universally appreciated as someone may like it soft and someone else may like it harder; considering the high-end quality of the product, I guess the rest is just a matter of taste?
The light from the bathroom is blocked out by a block-out curtain and this is the best we can do about it, if we do not want to lose the day light and turn it into a blind room.
Noise: again this is such a personal standard of tolerance when it comes to noise as I can assure that many guests - like for example your next-door neighbor during the same night, found it one of the most peaceful night sleep they ever had. I honestly and unfortunately have no way to control the noise from the outside: we are located in the city center, which is convenient for so many reasons but it involves some level of traffic (also to be noted that our windows do not face the street, but a walk way to another building, and that Santa Margherita is a tiny little town).
The refrigerator - which is a hotel mini bar - as well was selected on the criteria of minimum sound emissions available on the market and honestly we could not do any better; fortunately in this case there is always the possibility to unplug it, especially if you don't use it.
We give our guests a set of 3 small keys which are necessary to enter the building: one for the gate, one for the door and one for the room; I personally cannot think of a particular discomfort about this nor I am able to imagine another way of arranging free and independent access at any time.
That said, we do appreciate you taking the time to comment and surely all your points have been taken on board
Thank you and hope to see you soon
