The apartment is a ground floor apartment with large terrace area and direct access to garden with exotic palm trees and colorful exotic flowers.
The apartment appears light and friendly with marble flooring, full air conditioning and nice Scandinavian new art decor.
The central part of the property is the beautiful living room with direct access to the terrace. the living room includes a nice and comfortable sitting area with flat screen TV and DVD. Dining table with seating for 6 people. There is access to fully equipped kitchen with a larder. The kitchen contains, dishwasher, washing machine, oven and microwave.
There are 2 bedrooms both with bathroom en-suite, built-in wardrobe and air conditioning. One bedroom contains a double bed and the second bedroom contains a sofa bed and a desk. One bathroom contains a spa and the other a shower.
The living room and one bedroom has direct access to the large terrace area which is beautifully furnished with cozy outdoor sofa environment and 4 sunbeds.
The exclusive urbanization is very well maintained with exotic outdoor areas and includes 2 large swimming pool areas with sun loungers that are available year round.
The property location at Atalaya Golf in Urb. Lomas del Marques in Benahavis is found just outside San Pedro de Alcántara with no less than 15 golf courses in a neighborhood of 10 miles.
Marbella and Puerto Banus is only approx. 15-minute drive from the apartment.

All facilities in appartment. 2 pools (not heated) inside 50 meter., Fitness department, free car-parking in closed basement., lifts to basement and appartment.
In good time before check in, you will receive keys with post, to the maingate and appartment. Its very easy to get in, so do not be anxius.
If 2 guests checking in and out same day, then check out can be at 10:00 and check in can be 15:00. This happens very seldom

Other things to note
Best carrent is Malagacar. Good fuelpolicy and low prices & deposits. But check also prices by Marbesol, sometimes very cheap, but You shall deposit 800 Euros.
The landlord has no responsibility for damage etc from 3. parties. For ex. water supply, electricity, internetconnection, wifi, handicraftsmen, electricians, criminals, plummers etc

Do not remove anything from the appartment. Everything are listed in the inventory list and are expensive.

Do not use aircondition with doors ord windows open, because the condenswater will flow over in the ceiling, with extend damage following. It very important. And you have only 30 kWh pr day.
Aircondition settings: Do not touch the panel to the left, only the right one. Set it on ON. If You want cool, set the tap SNOW on, and set the temperature, and wait up to 5 minutes.
If You want warm, set the tap SUN, set the temperature, and be patience and wait up to 5 min.
You can set the rooms in the same way.
The left panel will start blinking after few minutes. And temperature will light up in left display. If that not happen after 5 min., please press ON/OFF on the left panel
Garbish shall be delivered just outside the maingate, behind the walls, or on the way to SuperMercado. In Spain they sort the garbish
Please do not disturb neighbours with noise on terrace, security do not like this and will complain You. No Parties, Grill only on the grass.
No Glass or glassbottles in the pool area.
Generally only carpark in parking basement
Please take notice, that cleaning fee, is only so low, if you deliver a nice appartment for the next guest. So no stains on linen, sofacovers, covers, towels, cloths, Wallis etc. Then You will have no problems with eventually compensation for damages
Take care of speed limits in Spain. A lot of speedtickets are given. The police measure average speed over long distance. Alcohol driving is not allowed in Spain. Taxis are cheap and comes fast, call +(PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN)
Ex. to Benahavis about 10 Eu, to San Pedro about 12-14 Eu, Puerto Banus about 20 Eur, Airport from about 70-80 Eur.
Hallo. We are a married couple, about 60 years, and we love this appartment. But think also, that other can have a lot of joy here, since we have some time, where we are out of the appartment.
When we retire we will live in the appm., for a long period.
