Welcome to Chalet Mistral, a modern chalet of 40 m², comfortable and functional, nestled in a peaceful corner of the Ardèche, very close to Villa Mistral and not far from the Rhone Valley.

Ideal for a couple's getaway, a business trip, or even for 4 people (thanks to its sofa bed), this small cozy place offers you all the comforts you need in a quiet and green setting, a stone's throw from the village shops.

The space
🏡 The property consists of:
• A bedroom with a comfortable double bed
• A sofa in the living room, sleeps 2 extra
• A fully equipped kitchen (stove, fridge, Senseo coffee machine, dishes, utensils)
• A bathroom with a shower
and toilet
Previously equipped with a dry toilet, we carried out sanitation work and installed a conventional toilet at the end of 2025

🌳 The cottage opens to a relaxing natural environment, perfect for relaxing or working quietly.
The plot of about 400m2 is fully fenced and an outdoor parking lot can accommodate 2 vehicles.

Guest access
The entire place is dedicated to you as well as the 400 m2 of fenced land and a parking lot

Access is either via the lockbox or an employee who welcomes you according to the schedule.
