Late check-out or early check-in may be available upon request, subject to availability, and may incur an additional fee. Please contact the host in advance for details.

Please remember that you're staying in our home, not a hotel. Please treat the place with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7. Please be aware that our property is constantly being upgraded. You will sometimes notice we’ve added new items to make stays more comfortable. There is a possibility our photos may be different than what you see in the property upon arrival.

As the property is located near a wooded area, you may occasionally notice seasonal outdoor bugs, especially during the spring and summer months. We take preventative measures to manage this, but it may not be possible to eliminate them entirely. While most guests don’t experience any issues, there may be rare instances where they are present.

Home Notice

While we take great pride in maintaining the property and respond to maintenance issues as quickly as possible, this is still a home with hundreds of appliances, fixtures, and amenities. On rare occasions, unexpected equipment failures can occur during a stay.

If something isn’t working properly, please let us know right away. We’ll make every reasonable effort to repair or replace the item as quickly as possible. Please note that certain specialty items or parts may require ordering and cannot always be replaced the same day.

Profiles with a lower review rating than 4.8 stars will not be allowed to book our property on an instant book basis and if for whatever reason the reservation confirms through the system, the reservation may be cancelled. For guests with new profiles without reviews, these requests will be reviewed manually and will be subject to screening and questioning before a reservation may be confirmed. Deposits may be required.

Parking spot allows for 2 small vehicles or 1 medium/large vehicle.
