Hi Rochelle, I'm happy to hear that you and your group enjoyed the place and spent quality time together in the living room. I'm a little surprised to hear that you were dissatisfied with your check-out experience, considering I provided your group with as late an extended check-out time as possible. Having extensive experience hosting guests in this space, I am well aware of how long it takes to clean and best prepare the place for incoming guests. With this in mind, I was very clear during our communications that if - at any time - another group were to reserve the space, your group would have to accommodate the cleaner. After letting you know that another guest had booked the space that afternoon, I offered to provide a storage space for your belongings, which you declined. To avoid miscommunication in the future, I will be happy to rent the space to your group for an additional day so that you can use it the extra 5 hours past check out.
